The schedule, it has been well worth it – 8 days a month! Being involved within the department. Teaching fire school and speaking at career days has brought me much joy and has been very rewarding. The sisterhood & brotherhood too is one like no other. |

Healthy Salads! Running, Weights, and whatever extra machine I feel like hitting each day at the gym. Also staying away from bread and fried foods. |
